In February 2022, a nervous flyer in Canada asked us to plan his trip to the Super Bowl. With aircraft availability limited during one of the busiest periods for travel to Los Angeles, we needed to pull out all the stops to arrange this logistically complex charter whilst ensuring the anxious client felt comfortable throughout.
Our Solution
Route: Toronto > Van Nuys
Aircraft: Dassault Falcon 2000
There were only five passengers, however the client requested a heavy aircraft due to his fear of flying. Despite the notoriously limited availability of private jets over Super Bowl weekend, we were able to source a newly refurbished Dassault Falcon 2000 that was within budget and confirm flight slots, permits, parking and catering.
The client originally wanted to fly from a small regional airport near Lake Simcoe, but when bad weather was forecast we re-routed the charter to depart from the larger Toronto Pearson International Airport instead. Our experienced team then diverted the onboard catering service and organised ground transportation to take the passengers to the new airport.
