THE ROLE INCLUDES

  • Act as the liaison between Air Charter Service Brokers, Airlines, Clients and Suppliers
  • Represent ACS at the airports at the time of some charter flights to ensure that the passengers pre-flight experience runs smoothly
  • Travelling on some charters as the ACS in-flight representative
  • When travelling for ACS - remotely watching the process of charters including the aircraft positioning, communicating with airports, airlines, caterers and other suppliers for updates and check that everything is in order
  • Updating the customers on the progress of the flight when necessary
  • Build effective working relationships with ACS colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • IBOS data management
  • Managing charter bookings from enquiry to post flight report
  • Manage and organise the MD’s diary effectively
  • Set up, create agendas and take minutes for BOD meetings as required
  • Enter and track all meetings, travel plans etc. in calendar
  • Preparation of correspondence from/for the MD
  • To act as a gatekeeper to MD for calls and meetings (both external and internal) and to maintain a strict diary
  • To be the first point of call between all employees / Directors and the MD
  • Work with departments and offices as necessary to gather and collate data and information to present to the MD
  • Credit card control and reconciliation for MD
  • Assisting the MD with Department Conference planning and implementation

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Ability to prioritise a heavy and urgent work load
  • Ability to travel globally, sometimes and short notice
  • Aviation experience is preferred but not essential
  • Organisation and time management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Discretion
  • Able to deal with time pressures and deadlines
