A client in New Jersey tasked us with planning a trip to Miami to celebrate her daughter turning 16, along with two of the birthday girl’s friends and their mothers. The group of six wanted a bespoke travel solution with everything taken care of, leaving them to relax and enjoy the milestone occasion. We set about designing the perfect tailor-made solution.

Our private jet team arranged the charter of a Gulfstream business jet to fly the group to Miami and back, knowing its spacious cabin with luxurious leather seats made the perfect setting for kicking off the celebrations in style. We made the outbound flight extra special with birthday decorations and cupcakes for the passengers to enjoy onboard.
Meanwhile, our experts at The Travel Division booked accommodation at W South Beach, one of our preferred partner hotels. We leveraged our relationship with the oceanfront resort to secure a complimentary upgrade to a four-bedroom suite with its own rooftop pool, adding a personal touch with balloons, desserts and thank-you notes to welcome the guests to the room. Finally, we arranged airport transfers and a car service for the duration of the trip.
