Getting 350 guests to a wedding in Egypt
A travel agent asked our team in Mumbai to arrange round-trip air travel to a wedding in Egypt for a group of 360 guests. The end client wanted to transport everyone on one plane with alcohol served on board, something not commonly offered by operators in the region. With the travel agent shopping around for the best quote, we set about creating the perfect charter solution and winning the contract.

We leveraged our industry contacts to secure a competitive charter rate for a wide-body commercial jet that could accommodate the large party. While most local operators don’t offer alcoholic beverages, this one allowed the client to supply some for the crew to serve.
Working closely with the travel agent and operator to make the journey extra special, we personalised the charter with customised headrest covers and bespoke catering. We also got permission for the group to bring their own speaker for in-flight entertainment, and arranged for a flight rep to meet the group on the ground.
