As Covid-19 continues to impact public health across the world, we understand you’ll want reassurance that you and your passengers will be well looked after when chartering with us, with the risk of infection minimised as much as possible.
To ensure this is the case, our Covid-19 Protocol Service team endeavours to explore and deliver best practice measures and guidance throughout the customer experience.
A guide to possible measures and our travel guidance
To keep things simple, we’ve looked at the customer journey and broken it down into four stages.

ALL SEATS PRE ALLOCATED. Free seating option not advised.

ON ARRIVAL
ACS GUIDANCE:
- Make sure you listen to all guidance and requests from airport staff and cabin crew throughout your journey.
