A major American company needed to get 860 restaurant managers from the Western United States to the Caribbean.

Flying a large incentive group to the Bahamas

The corporate travel manager of a major American company asked for our help planning an incentive trip to the Bahamas for their managers. With 860 passengers departing for the Caribbean from multiple locations in the Western United States, careful coordination was needed to ensure everyone made it there on schedule. We got to work on a seamless solution.

Our Solution

Routes: 3 x flights across the US > Nassau

Aircraft: Airbus A330 X 3

Our experts decided to split the large group between three aircraft, maximising the client’s budget by suggesting the most cost-effective departure airports in California and Nevada.

Sourcing a range of available aircraft, we arranged the charter of two Airbus A330-200s and an A330-300. The wide-bodied jets offered ample space for the high volume of passengers and their luggage, as well as several boxes of branded materials needed for the trip.

Liaising closely with the airlines and our client, we handled any queries as quickly as possible and accommodated several last-minute changes to the departure times.

Extra Touches: Our charter coordination team personalised each flight with onboard branding and inflight catering.
